Initial Jobless Claims (week ended 10/10/2020)
- Initial Claims seasonally adjusted 898,000. Previous was 845,000
- Initial Claims unadjusted, totaled 885,885 an increase of 76,670 from previous
- 4-Week Moving Average seasonally adjusted 866,250. Previous was 857,000
The total number of people receiving regular UI was -799,126 for the week.
All-in-all the data translated into an unemployment rate of 6.8%
California is still not reporting Initial Claims but it did reopen claims windows. This is a serious problem at a time when this data is critical.

- Import Prices year/year -1.1%. Previous was -1.4%
- Export Prices month/month 0.6%. Previous was +0.5%
