- Refinance Index week/week -5.0%. Previous weeks  were -5.0%, -7.0%, 4.0%, +3.0%, +0.1%, -1.0%, +10.0%, -5.0%, -5.5%,  -3.0%, -3.5%, -4.0%, -5.0%, and +0.1%
