- Refinance Index week/week -0.1%. Previous weeks  were  -2.0%, +2.2%,-6.0%,  +9.0%, 15.0%, +0.4%, -5.0%,  +7.0%., 4.0%, -2.0%, -7.0%, -1.0%, -10.0%, -1.0%, +7.0%, -3.0%, and -3.0,
