- Refinance Index week/week -3.1%.  Previous weeks  were 3.7%. 5.6%,  -5.4%, -3.9%, +0.2%., -9.5%,  2.0%,  0.2%, -9%, -8%, -5.0%, -10.0%., -15.0%, -14.0%, -3.0%, +9.0%, +1.0%, and -16.0%
