- Refinance Index week/week 14.6%. Previous weeks were 34.2%, 5.1% , -4.4%, 6.0%, 2.8%, 4.7%, -12.9, 1.8%, -1.6%, 3.5%, 0.2%, 0.0%, -6.9%, -1.8%, -17.8%, -10.9%, +10.4%, and -1.2%.
